This is our camp site at the Fence Fault Friday night. There is a spring the percolates out of the ground at the south side of this beach. The water of the spring, thought cold, feels a lot warmer than the 50 degree water of the Colorado, so it's a good place to wash up. Had a good conversation with Park Ranger Jack here. He lives in Meadeview, and is responsible for the huge, entire western Grand Canyon! |
