Trail Description : Bright Angel Point Trail

The Bright Angel Point Trail begins at the log shelter in the parking lot for the Grand Canyon Lodge, or at the corner of the east patio of the Lodge.

The trail is about ½ mile roundtrip and does have a couple of steep sections.

Bright Angel Point is a very nice place from which to watch sunrise or sunset. From here you can also hear the "roar" that gave Roaring Springs its name.
