 Escalante Route The Escalante Route is an inner canyon route which connects the Tonto and Red Canyon trails with the Tanner Trail. The distance from Hance Rapids to Tanner Rapids is approxcimately 10 miles, one-way. This route can be very difficult and requires good route finding abilities along some of it's more obscure sections. |
