This cook book represents a "slice" of history and a true pioneering effort for the Grand Canyon Pioneers Society. It has been conceived, compiled, edited, photographed and marketed by volunteers with the hope that the resulting product will be one of quality, members will be proud to give and own. It is the first time that we have taken on a project of this magnitude, and we hope it is successful.
All proceeds from the sales of this book are used to support the on-going projects and programs of the Grand Canyon Pioneers Society.
