The Maswik Transportation Center is where the Backcountry Office is located. There is also a parking lot where backcountry hikers may leave their vehicles. The village shuttle bus stops here and can take you to the Bright Angel trailhead as well as to other shuttle bus interchanges where you may board shuttles for either the South Kaibab trailhead at Yaki Point, or the Hermit trailhead at Hermits Rest.
