Greetings Webmates,
Today I made it back up to Lipan Point and completed the hike. The photo here is taken from near the base of the Desert View Watchtower. It's amazing to complete a hike here and then come to a place like this where you can see the whole thing spread out before you. The distance from my camp at Tanner Rapids to the Colorado River doesn't look that far from up here, but it took a whole day to get there and then back.
