Grand Canyon Chamber Music Festival

THE THIRTEENTH SEASON

The dates for the 1996 season will be September 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 18, 20 and 21.

A tentative schedule for the program for each day is given below. I have not yet received the finalized schedule but it will be published here as soon as I do, hopefully within the next couple of week. The festival is running somewhat behind schedule this year as far as publlishing this information.

SEPTEMBER 9 CONCERT
The Festival is offering a tour which includes round-trip travel from Williams, Arizona to Grand Canyon on the historical Grand Canyon Railway, one night's lodging, and tickets for the evening concert. The cost is $325 per couple with a room at Maswik Lodge or $390 per couple with a room at the El Tovar Hotel. These costs include a donation of approximately $25 to the Festival. Reservations and payment must be received by July 30, 1995.

THE GRAND CANYON CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL depends on your contributions to help pay the costs of this series and its public service tour to schools in northern Arizona. Ticket income provides only a small portion of the funds needed to meet these costs. Contributions to the Festival, a non-profit organization, are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
Contributions are acknowledged in the concert program.

THE FESTIVAL OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:
$25 CONTRIBUTION: 1995 poster, size 24" x 26" (other years are 24" x 36")
$50 CONTRIBUTION: Poster and t-shirt
$100 OR MORE: Friends of the Festival. Two tickets, preferred seating, and an invitation to a post-concert reception (Friday and Saturday concerts only) to meet the artists.

TICKETS will be mailed until September 1. They will be held at the door for orders received after that date. Individual tickets are $10 each, $5 for students and children. Season tickets (8 performances) are $50 for adults and $25 for students. Seating is open.
FAMILY RATES: Family tickets must be purchased in advance. These rates are not available at the concert hall door. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The adults and the first child in the group pay full price tickets ($10 and $5). Tickets for additional children are $1 each.
